Join Our Team as a Math Educator for EYP Grade 3

We are looking for a Math Educator for Grade 3 at our Banigala campus.

This role is for someone who understands that mathematics is not only about answers. It is about attention, honesty, pattern, discipline, and the quiet confidence that grows when a child begins to understand something for real.

You will be working with children at an important stage: old enough to build stronger academic foundations, still young enough to be shaped deeply by how learning is held.

Position Overview

You will teach mathematics to Grade 3 children in a way that is clear, steady, and developmentally thoughtful.

This is not a role for someone who wants to rush children through content. It is for someone who can hold rigor without fear, structure without deadness, and expectations without reducing children to performance.

What You Will Do

• Teach Grade 3 mathematics with clarity and consistency

• Help children build strong numerical understanding and mathematical confidence

• Plan lessons that balance conceptual understanding with steady practice

• Observe how each child is learning and adjust support where needed

• Assess progress honestly and communicate clearly with the team

• Contribute to the wider life of the school community
