Banigala, Islamabad

Early Years Educator

Join Our Team as an Early Years Educator

We are looking for an Early Years Educator for our Banigala campus.

This role is for someone who understands that early childhood is not preparation for real learning later. It is real learning now.

The early years ask for close attention, emotional steadiness, patience, and the ability to take children seriously without rushing them.

Position Overview

You will work with young children in a play-based, inquiry-led environment.

You will help shape the rhythms, relationships, and atmosphere of the classroom, while supporting language, expression, curiosity, social life, and the first foundations of learning.

This is not babysitting.

It is not performance.

It is serious educational work.

What You Will Do
  • Help hold a calm, responsive, and well-prepared early years environment

  • Support children through play, conversation, exploration, and daily routine

  • Observe children closely and respond to their developmental needs

  • Document learning and share observations with the team

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

  • Work collaboratively with co-educators

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school community

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience working with young children

  • Strong observation and communication skills

  • Emotional steadiness and patience

  • Respect for child-led exploration and inquiry

  • Ability to work with care, structure, and flexibility

  • A willingness to learn within Edopia’s framework

What Matters Here

We do not want someone who only knows how to manage children.

We want someone who can notice them.

Someone who understands that small moments matter, that play matters, that language matters, and that the atmosphere of a classroom teaches as much as any lesson plan.

How to Apply

Apply through our form and include a short note about your background, your experience with young children, and why this work matters to you.
